Conditions of Pass Use

This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is valid for the day or period issued.
It is not for resale.
There are no refunds on any multi-day products.
Lost, stolen or damaged passes must be reported to RAL immediately. Replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged pass will only be issued on presentation of your receipt and will incur a fee. .
You are responsible for your pass. Keep it in a safe place and do not let others use it.
Passes must be worn at all times while skiing or boarding at Whakapapa and Turoa ski areas.
Passes can only be used during the 2012 operational season of Mt Ruapehu ski areas. The 2012 operational season is subject to snow and weather conditions and Ruapehu Alpine Lifts (RAL) having a license to operate the ski areas.
Misconduct on a Mt Ruapehu ski area may result in revocation of the Pass without refund. Misconduct includes behaviour in breach of the Responsibility Code.
Weekend and Long weekend passes must be used on consecutive days from either Friday through to Sunday or Saturday through to Monday.
2 day anytime and 3 day anytime passes can be used for any day you are on the mountain (and do not have to be consecutive).
Multiday Passes must be used by the end of the 2012 season otherwise they will expire and cannot be used for the 2013 season

General Terms & Conditions of Issue

A credit card processing fee of 2% will apply.
Use of Multi-day or Day Passes is otherwise on the same conditions as all other usage of the ski areas as determined by RAL from time to time at its sole discretion.
The issue of Multi-day or Day Passes by RAL to the person who has, or for whom the pass has been applied for, is delivery of the goods and services contracted for by any person who pays for that pass, irrespective of whether payment is made in cash, credit card, cheque or a loan from RAL.
RAL reserves the right to vary and amend any of the Terms & Conditions relating to passes at its sole discretion.
RAL is not responsible for any routine maintenance, adverse weather conditions, acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances, which may result in closure of the mountain and/or Whakapapa or Turoa Ski Areas.
By purchasing a Mt. Ruapehu Multi-day or Day Pass you agree to receive occasional informational emails and offers related to RAL products, services and related partners. Your personal information will not be sold and will be used only to share opportunities, events and information which we feel is of interest to you.
RAL is not liable for any loss, damage or injury including direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the use of the pass, except as required by law.
