A skier on the Tukino Traverse gets first tracks down 700 vertical metres of perfect spring corn.
I can honestly say that the best skiing of the season on Ruapehu has been over the last couple days. Plenty more lines like this one are waiting to be skied in the Ruapehu backcountry and with more clear days in the forecast it is really a no-brainer!
