Beginner Packages
Getting a beginners' package is the best way to learn to ski or board. The package will cover all the tickets, equipment rental and lessons you need. No need to pre book - just show up on the day and get your package ticket. Easy!
Discover Ultimate Package - Adult $108 Youth $78
If you've never skied or snowboarded before this is the package for you! It includes:
- Beginners' area lift pass (to ride the lifts in Happy Valley at Whakapapa or the Alpine Meadow at Turoa)
- Full day hire of skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots
- 1 hr 50 min Discover ski or snowboard group lesson
Note: If there are 4 or less people in a group lesson the lesson time will be reduced accordingly - One sightseeing chairlift ride (to ride the Centennial and Waterfall Express chairlifts at Whakapapa or the Park Lane Chairlift at Turoa as a foot passenger).
Rocket Pass - Adult $355 Youth $260
This three day anytime package will get you everything you need to become a competent skier or snowboarder plus you get a special reward at the end! You can do your three days any time during the season - it doesn't have to be over consecutive days. You'll get:

Day three - Private Lesson
- All Mountain Day Pass
- Full day hire of skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots
- 1 hr private lesson (Must be booked in advance. $25 re-booking fee applies for "no-shows" and cancellations made less than 1 hr prior).
On completion
- Get 50% off a 2011 multi day pass or wait until April 2012 and get a half price Earlybird Season Pass!
