School and Youth Group rates

For New Zealand School and Youth Groups of 15 or more (a Youth Group is a group consisting of members aged 18 and under who are themselves based in New Zealand. It should be an established group that operates year-round primarily as a Youth Group with no more than 20% adults in the group):

Sightseeing Chairlift Ride $18.40 $10.40
Guided Crater Lake Walk (incl. Sightseeing Chairlift Ride) $72.00 $42.00

School & Youth Group rates are only available for bookings made by the school or youth group itself. Third party agents, groups consisting of a majority of adults or school and youth groups from outside New Zealand should refer to the Other Group rates below.

For all other groups of 15 or more:

Guided Crater Lake Walk Booking Information

The Guided Crater Lake Walk is available to anyone aged 7 or over.
To book your group on a Guided Crater Lake Walk, please contact us on 07 892 3738 or info@mtruapehu.com to confirm availability.

Our guides can also tailor walks to your group’s level of fitness and/or timeframe – contact us for further information.
